ABOUT ASA CENTRAL

Different disciplines. One integrated approach to health and wellbeing.

Asa means healer.

We believe health is something to care for, not just something to fix.

Feeling well is about more than treating pain or injury when it arises. It is about understanding your body, maintaining how it moves, building strength, and giving yourself the right support to stay well over time.

That is why Asa brings together Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Yoga Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Integrated Stretch Therapy, Sports Massage and Pre & Postnatal Care under one roof.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a recurring problem, looking to improve how you move, build strength, or simply take better care of yourself, we help you find the right approach for where you are.

QUOD TANGO MUTO
What I touch, I change.

At Asa, we believe that every interaction with the body matters. The way we treat it, A simple philosophy behind how we work: every interaction with the body matters. The way we treat it, move it, challenge it and care for it can shape how we feel and function over time.

Our collaboration with Pragya Yog School extends this approach through Yoga and Yoga Therapy, bringing the depth of yog and movement practice into our wider approach to health and wellbeing.
